Clinic for Post-Hospital Care
Our dedicated post-hospital care clinic provides professional support for residents who need additional care following a hospital stay.
Whether recovering from an illness, surgery or a medical procedure, residents can receive the nursing care and assistance they need while they regain their strength and independence.
